What colours to wear on Valentine’s day

Did you know that the colours you wear can affect how you feel & how others perceive you?

Red is the most visible colour … wear it if you want to be noticed! A study by researchers found that wearing red increased the attractiveness of the weather to men! It’s the colour of desire – so a winner to wear on a date night!

Red has the physiological traits of warmth, energy & excitement… it is a strong colour, but beware as it can overwhelm you & be an aggressive colour. If your not confident in going all out red, how about a red nail, red lipstick or red accessories such as a scarf, bag or shoes to add a pop of desire to your look!

If red isn’t your thing how about pink…. it’s a softer more nurturing colour, expressing love & empathy. If cuddles were a colour they would be pink. A strong magenta is still feminine with a feisty edge & less aggressive than full on red. Soft warm baby pinks are soothing & gentle, we have paired the new pink shirtie with navy to soften the look here & added a feminine pearl star earrings to compete the look.
