I just love Autumn for the misty mornings, the colours of the leaves, the chance to get cosy & hunker down for winter ( it’s normally a good stretch up here in Northumberland).
I love bringing the outside in to my home & have loved using gourds (or squash/ mini pumpkins) all over the house. The colours & texture work well at & at 89p each from Aldi they are reasonably priced, plus you can roast them once you have finished with them!
Candles & coloured glass work really well together & the rust / olive candles are perfect for Autumn styling.
Take a peek at my ‘ Halloween’ style Sunday lunch table that I popped together last week for friends (the girls added the spiders & orange skulls).
I used recycled glass bud vases & candlesticks, rust & olive pick & mix candles, flowers from the garden & the pearl white serving mats from the shop.
I paired them with my favourite colourful mats from the super talented Killy & Co.
